Junction 80 is a new groundbreaking dance movement and festival amplifying Northern California's diverse dance culture, led by 1up Crew and DAM Events. It serves as a nexus for individual artists, teams, and community spaces while spotlighting foundational street styles. With a focus on youth empowerment, it offers workshops, labs, and wellness sessions, fostering personal connections among dancers. This initiative not only unites various dance communities but also elevates Northern California's global creative presence. Participating dancers represent a wide array of community groups, projects, studios, and dance styles, with the venue hosting all-day programming, including wellness workshops for talent.
Main Event will take place Summer 2026, with monthly sub-events leading up to it.

Kai has been rooted in the Northern California dance community since 2011, where her journey began with a deep love for movement and expression. Over the years, her passion has expanded beyond the dance floor to embrace fashion, aesthetics, and creative direction. Now as a collaborator with Junction 80 and 1UP Crew, Kai brings her unique perspective to projects that blend art, culture, and style. She aims to uplift the community by creating opportunities, fostering culture, and infusing each project with bold creative flair.
